This image was created in response to the traffic in Manila (or, by extension, any other major city). “MAY REKLAMO KA?” means “DO YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT?” in Filipino. This question, along with a telephone number below it, is printed on all public transportation, service vehicles, and large trucks that contribute to the traffic nightmare. I often ask friends if they’ve ever called that number, only to be answered with rolling eyes. My own response can be seen in the rear-view mirror.
