WALL TEXT
The symbolism reinforces the main theme of Christ’s redemptive love for man. Christ’s wounded hands have literally become my wings which lift me higher, to God himself. The central figure is placed within a hedge which symbolizes God’s protection (Job1: 10). He has traded his hardened stone heart at his feet for a circumcised heart emblazoned with an “S” upon his chest because Christ’s blood has made him a type of Superman (John 14; 12) for eternity.
